If you beleive that the merchandise you get has problems, you need to inform us within 30 days. In this occasion you can either

• Change with a new one

After getting return confirmation email, our courier will contact you and merchandise will be taken from you within our guarantee. Please do not send via other courier. Underwear Basket  will not accept any responsibility for the merchandises sent via non-approved courier. We will send you an email after we receive the returned merchandise. The value of the merchandise will be sent to you within 3 days after the returned merchandise is received.

How will I get my money back ?

Underwear Basket can either send your money back or keep the value in your account for your next purchases. Also you can return back the merchandise within 7 days with money back guarantee. Value of the merchandise will be sent to you within 10 days. However since hygene is very important in nature our merchandise, we will not accept any merchandise which is used, dirty, torn etc. evidently money back guarantee is not valid under these circumstances. Please contact us through destek@icgiyimsepeti.com iin case you want to return back the merchandise. Meanwhile note that the courier charge will be paid by the customer incase of returns.
